I took my 2015 explorer to have the front bumper replaced because it was damaged from an accident. I told Dennis that the bumper mounting clips were ripped and I wanted a new one and the right front fender molding and the wheel well was also ripped.That repair was an Insurance claim. I also had my hood painted and some rust fixed. I picked up my car and the fender molding didn’t fit right, the fender well was not replaced and the hood was not painted properly. I took it back to have it repaired right but they glued the fender molding and glued the bumper to the fender plus got glue on the hood. Very disappointed in the service at Wayne Akers Ford.

It’s been 10 days and haven’t heard back from Wayne Akers Ford. I think I would have been better off bringing my vehicle to someone who does body work out of his garage in his backyard.
