This place has the worst service department out of any dealership I have done business with. Don’t bring your vehicle here. General manager never called me back. My wife’s car has been there for three day dealership I have done business with. Don’t bring your vehicle here. General manager never called me back. Had an emergency passing thru with our 2012 Ford Expedition. Contacted service center in the am. They knew we were coming & about the problem we were having & that we might need a tow .We got car to Expedition. Contacted service center in the am. They knew we were coming & about the problem we were having & that we might need a tow .We got car to them by about 3 pm. We talked to service, who instructed us to keep car running while we waited. After hour+ wait, they said we can't see you today. No help with a rental, no concern with our situation. Decided we better move on & hope that the next Ford Service Center has more concerns & better service for customers than this one has. More

I scheduled service on my company van 2 weeks out. I was first on-site to drop it off the morning as scheduled at 7:30 AM, for simple reprogramming of the cruise control to enable this option. I had added the necessary hardware and just needed a simple 15 minute program update. I was asked to leave it, which I did. Around 2:30 that afternoon I got a call from the service department stating they "overbooked" for the day and couldn't get to my van. No apologies, just can you leave it overnight. I reminded the person that it was a work van and I couldn't pull it from use for another day. I have to wonder why I made and appointment for 7:30 AM, if they weren't able to get to it the entire day. They had no problem sending me a reminder of my 7:30 AM appointment by email the day before. Why then couldn't they have sent an email at the end of the day before notifying me they needed to reschedule because they were backlogged. This is not customer service, it's a total disregard for customer service. It's a total disregard for the value of my time and the loss of a company vehicle from use for a day. Seriously, it will take less time to drive to Thomasville or Perry to get this done. Oh, and I do thank you for helping me make a decision on my next company vehicle. After much deliberation on which model Transit to buy, I decided to go Nissan instead as a result of this experience. I don't get a thrill out of giving this review highlighting poor service. I would much rather have good things to say and a properly programmed van. I only convey my honest experience. More

Broke down while traveling to Mississippi We broke down while traveling to Mississippi and had to be towed in. My husband was beside himself as we were on our way to a funeral. Dennis took us We broke down while traveling to Mississippi and had to be towed in. My husband was beside himself as we were on our way to a funeral. Dennis took us in and had our truck immediately looked at by your diesel mechanic Jeff. Dennis was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of diesel engines. The mechanic got us fixed in about 4 hours and Dennis even got us a ride on the shuttle so we could get something to eat while we waited. This was the best experience we've ever had in a service Department, even better than our hometown dealership. Dennis is a true asset to your dealership and we wholeheartedly appreciate everything he did. More

Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the service package fo. At the first oil change, she told them the AC unit was making a strange noise. The service tech said it was normal. At the next oil change/service appointment, she told the service rep that the knocking coming from the AC had been getting louder and longer. He stated it was normal and we did not have an appointment even though she had a print out with the appointment date and time. He turned her away and told her to go to Jiffy Lube. She stated she had a service package and he then told her that she had to go to Jacksonville for the oil change. Jacksonville changed the oil but stated they could not fix the AC that it was Tallahassee Ford's responsibility. Don't buy from Tallahassee Ford! More
