I have dealt, and put up with poor customer service for the past 3 years. Today was the final straw as I dealt with 2 different schedulers to get a simple oil change on my Lincoln. The 2nd employee was rud the past 3 years. Today was the final straw as I dealt with 2 different schedulers to get a simple oil change on my Lincoln. The 2nd employee was rude and indifferent when I asked how 2 different employees told me 2 different things to get a date for this work. Her snotty reply was “no clue” with a take or leave it attitude. So I tried live chat to bring my complaint to someone’s attention & was told a supervisor a would contact me. I’m still waiting….. Bottom line this dealer is simply too busy to care about customer relations. I’ll take my business & money elsewhere. So much for the vaulted “Lincoln Experience”! More

This place has the worst service department out of any dealership I have done business with. Don’t bring your vehicle here. General manager never called me back. My wife’s car has been there for three day dealership I have done business with. Don’t bring your vehicle here. General manager never called me back. Immediate service for long-distance traveler I was traveling from Illinois to Florida at the very end of December 2019 when I hit a raccoon. Did not notice until the next morning that part of my I was traveling from Illinois to Florida at the very end of December 2019 when I hit a raccoon. Did not notice until the next morning that part of my air deflector was detached and dragging. Drove to this dealership which was close by to where I had spent the night. A gentleman came out and took a look at the problem. I waited a mere few minutes before my vehicle was taken into the service area and the deflector was detached so my fellow travelers and I could continue on our next long drive to southern FL. The gentleman who first inspected my car problem also printed out the parts that I would need to order and have installed when I got back home. Can’t be more appreciative that my car problem was addressed so quickly so we could continue on with our trip!! People were friendly and professional. AND, NO CHARGE!! Thank you again! I can not recommend Jacob highly enough! He will do I can not recommend Jacob highly enough! He will do everything he can to help you out. And really easy to get hold of, I send him a text and he will I can not recommend Jacob highly enough! He will do everything he can to help you out. And really easy to get hold of, I send him a text and he will call me back almost straight away. I can book a service directly with him and also when my car died he really helped me out, I managed to get my car to him within 45 mins, he got it looked at and got my car back on the road within a few hours. Real super hero!! More

2019 F-150 2.7L V6 4x4 I came in to get my 2018 F-150 V8 4x4 serviced for an oil change. This was done in a decent time period. Upon finishing up my service on my 2018 that I came in to get my 2018 F-150 V8 4x4 serviced for an oil change. This was done in a decent time period. Upon finishing up my service on my 2018 that Jacob help me with; I asked him about the trade in offer that was sent to me about my truck. He didn’t mind helping me with that but since that wasn’t his department he went and got a sales associate for me to explain everything and help me with the offer. The associate he got for me was Matthew Katz who was great on explaining everything and trying to help me find what was best. He ended up showing me a 2019 F-150 V6 4x4 that looked how I wanted it to and that had a few more bells and whistles then my 2018 V8. I ended up coming back the next day to trade in my 2018 V8 and get the 2019 V6. He was very helpful in any questions I had about the truck. After he finished all the paperwork he had to do with me he directed me to the financial side of the process. Sandra was very helpful with the process and she also happened to have did the financial side for my 2018 as well. All in all I was very pleased with everyone that I work with through out this process. Thank you Tallahassee Ford More

New car no service The sales team was great but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the service package fo. At the first oil change, she told them the AC unit was making a strange noise. The service tech said it was normal. At the next oil change/service appointment, she told the service rep that the knocking coming from the AC had been getting louder and longer. He stated it was normal and we did not have an appointment even though she had a print out with the appointment date and time. He turned her away and told her to go to Jiffy Lube. She stated she had a service package and he then told her that she had to go to Jacksonville for the oil change. Jacksonville changed the oil but stated they could not fix the AC that it was Tallahassee Ford's responsibility. Don't buy from Tallahassee Ford! More
