This place has the worst service department out of any dealership I have done business with. Don’t bring your vehicle here. General manager never called me back. My wife’s car has been there for three day dealership I have done business with. Don’t bring your vehicle here. General manager never called me back. Goodwill Warranty Wanted to reach out and thank Greg and Fred for giving me a goodwill warranty on a check engine light that came up right at the end of my warranty on Wanted to reach out and thank Greg and Fred for giving me a goodwill warranty on a check engine light that came up right at the end of my warranty on bumper-to-bumper coverage. Technically I had gone over the 36K miles, but had scheduled the appointment before I had gone over and they are honoring the repair under my warranty. The part is on back order but they cleaned my car in the meantime which really made my day! Thanks Tallahassee-Lincoln Ford for making this experience exceptional. More

They are ALWAYS slammed!!!! When I try to make an appointment (especially now that my horn is not working) they state that they are slammed and would make an appointment for me a When I try to make an appointment (especially now that my horn is not working) they state that they are slammed and would make an appointment for me at a later date!! I go there early that morning and there was hardly anyone there! And all I needed was for my horn to be repaired. If this keeps happened I plan on doing business elsewhere!! More

New car purchase I first spoke with Vincent Millan on the phone. He had called me immediately after receiving my internet request. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and just a pleasure to speak with. We made appointment for Monday. However when I got there The vehicle in question had already been sold. However Vincent knew what I was looking for and I did like the red Explorer. Vincent told me he would continue to look. In the meantime Vinny in management called. We talked and my husband and I returned to look at the Ruby Red Explorer. We agreed on a price and The Explorer was mine. Vincent Millan and Vinnie were terrific. They both made our experience a pleasure. Mathew Katz finalized the paper work and we were done. The best experience with Talllahasse Ford Ever. Overwhelmed and Unorganized It's been over a week and I still have yet to hear what is actually wrong with my car, let alone when I'm going to be getting it back. The service sup It's been over a week and I still have yet to hear what is actually wrong with my car, let alone when I'm going to be getting it back. The service support people kept telling me that they were overwhelmed with work orders and had no idea when my car would be done but still wanted to charge me $30 a day for a rental. They would have made $240 so far just by my car sitting in their lot. Mechanical failures suck but they have managed to make the entire experience absolutely miserable. If you can, go somewhere else for service. More

Extremely Happy I was pleasantly surprised with Tallahassee Ford’s staff and service. Before I even walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I had a transmission issue and expected the worst. But, Joel and Fred took care of me! The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a half a day. They definitely have their stuff in order over there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car here for all its maintenance needs! More

Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the s The sales team was great but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the service package fo. At the first oil change, she told them the AC unit was making a strange noise. The service tech said it was normal. At the next oil change/service appointment, she told the service rep that the knocking coming from the AC had been getting louder and longer. He stated it was normal and we did not have an appointment even though she had a print out with the appointment date and time. He turned her away and told her to go to Jiffy Lube. She stated she had a service package and he then told her that she had to go to Jacksonville for the oil change. Jacksonville changed the oil but stated they could not fix the AC that it was Tallahassee Ford's responsibility. Don't buy from Tallahassee Ford! More

Great customer service. It was a rather complex and arduous repair and Fred and Shawna were tremendous throughout the whole process!
