Sales staff was friendly and did not pressure. One recommendation I would make spend more time going over all the technology, they helped with phone and few questions I had but when I got home I found recommendation I would make spend more time going over all the technology, they helped with phone and few questions I had but when I got home I found there was more I did not know and the manuals are huge. There wasn't anyone around when we first came in. The girl who finally saw us was kinda snotty and said someone would be with us soon. The salesman they sent was rude and passed us off to someone else wh girl who finally saw us was kinda snotty and said someone would be with us soon. The salesman they sent was rude and passed us off to someone else which turned out to be a blessing. Mitchell listened to what I wanted. Got me on the road and test driving right away. He was knowledgeable about the car and checked on anything he wasn't that I had questions about. The dealership is pet friendly which made our experience 1000x better as we have a dog that we don't leave at home. A few things I wasn't impressed by that I felt were a little "sneaky" after paperwork was done and an error made by the finance department, which ended up costing me more money is why I only rated it 3 stars. Otherwise I would recommend Mitchell Ladd to anyone to buy a car from. More

Great experience at My Auto. Found a beautiful used car on the lot, got connected with a sales person, took a test drive, and the rest is history. Dennis, Charlie, and John were great to work with.
