My son was looking to purchase his first vehicle that he had been working and saving for. We had been looking at privatelylisted vehicles and were not having any luck. We saw a potential vehicle listed for sale at a large dealer in Muskegon so we decided to check it out. Started by contacting via internet and text. However when I asked the salesman if they had that actual vehicle on the lot I was told that the salesman would check and let me know. Needless to say that salesman never followed up with me. My son went to the dealer in person tom see if someone could assist him. THe sales people there completely blew him off. What should have been exciting and fun was quickly becoming frustrating and discouraging. At this point I started looking online for other vehicles in my son's price range and found one at My Auto. I sent in an inquiry online and was promptly responded to by Dennis Vogel. Dennis not only checked into the availability of the vehicle that we had viewed online, but had a better option that he wanted us to check out. I can not say enough positive things about the way that this transaction was handled. I would definitely go back to Dennis and recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle! More
