I was a bit disappointed when I called Saturday morning to learn my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Monday. When I called Friday morning to set appt for that day, I did advise I didn’t need back that night but definitely before Monday. And on Saturday when I called around 12noon to figure out timing I expressed my disappointment when they told me it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Monday I work so couldn’t come and get the car until late that day- and that’s what o told the woman that morning when she advised it was ready... I thought the least I could expect was maybe a washed and vacuumed vehicle when I picked up- but no chance. It was work I’m excess of $600 and o told them a couple of times I was disappointed with timing of completion and lack of communication to me. Wash and vacuum is not a lot and would have been a nice perk. More

The Service Department is second to none.
