No pressure to buy right away, no games, just a friendly atmosphere. Had a price in mind, and a monthly payment and was able to meet those without a problem. Good financing rate. Offered some add-ons but no pressure to get them. Will be back in the future. More

Awesome experience We went in to look at some SUV/crossover models just to get an idea of what was possible and were planning on visiting other places as well. I told the salesperson we met with (Dennis) and told him what we were looking for and could afford. He came back and told us he had a car in mind and we took it out for a spin and it was perfect. We didn’t even need to go look at other places because we found the car we wanted and were very comfortable going through Columbia Honda. The process was easy and painless and our finance guy (Travis) was awesome and got us a good rate through the provider. We are definitely going to come back when it’s time to replace our second car. Easy process!!! After my car wreck, I reached out to Dennis about my situation and let him know what Iwas interested in. He had it ready for me to test drive and we bought it that same day. Expecting to be there 6 hours like we had at other dealerships, I think we were maybe there for 2. Dennis was very tentative. He checked in with me during the whole process and answered any questions that we had. This was definitely worth it and will come back to Dennis for our next vehicle. More
