Excellent Service I usually hate going to a dealership for service. Usually long waits and inconvenient appointment times. However, I have found Heritage VW Catonsvil I usually hate going to a dealership for service. Usually long waits and inconvenient appointment times. However, I have found Heritage VW Catonsville, to be far from that norm. They are open on Saturday’s for service which is awesome. This definitely helps when you work all week long. They welcome you, vacuum your car, and make everything go smoothly. I have had the pleasure to have Michelle R. as my service advisor. She is great. She takes the time to explain all the work that will be done, how much it is, and will provide updates while you are waiting for your cars return. She is an asset to the dealership’s service department. Everyone I interact with there seems to have a desire to make sure you are having a good experience at the dealership. The technicians that return your car when it is done, the manager, everybody’s is great when I visit. Thank you. More

Outstanding dealership that provides signature service! I Purchased a new Tiguan from Denny. This is my second vehicle purchase from Heritage VW and Denny. Denny is awesome to deal with; He is Up front, I Purchased a new Tiguan from Denny. This is my second vehicle purchase from Heritage VW and Denny. I have had all 4 services here according to manufacturer’s service schedule. Denny Applegarth has been my sales person and has always been professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Samantha Hahn has been my service advisor and exhibits the same characteristics. It is always a pleasure to do business at this dealership. During my last visit I brought my 2015 Jetta in for service, saw a “new” 2016 Touareg TDI for sale and ended up purchasing it. Great experience all around. More

Excellent Sales Experience Denny contacted me Nick & he noticed that I could get into a new Jetta GLI at around the same payments with the new 6 year warranty. We ended up in a Denny contacted me Nick & he noticed that I could get into a new Jetta GLI at around the same payments with the new 6 year warranty. A great buying experience I went to the delaership to look at a 2018 Passat. I had no intention to buy but after doing a test drive and working with the staff at the dealership I went to the delaership to look at a 2018 Passat. I had no intention to buy but after doing a test drive and working with the staff at the dealership, they were able to save me a couple thousand dollars off the MSRP. They really worked with me in getting the lowest price guaranteed and no pressure/gimmicks sales tactics. My salesperson was Denny but all the other salesmen were very knowledgeable and ready to assist as well. This is my first VW and I will definitely being another one. Awesome job guys!!! More
