When I was in for regular service the sales person (Tomas) asked if I was satisfied with my present car. There were a few things I was not completely satisfied with. He recommended looking at the new (Tomas) asked if I was satisfied with my present car. There were a few things I was not completely satisfied with. He recommended looking at the new totally redesigned Altima. After a careful look and a test drive I was convinced. We sat down and came up with a reasonable trade. The car was delivered on time and and in perfect condition. There is truth to the saying "Gates Gets IT". I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Gates GMC Nissan by far has been the most pleasant buying experience I have had in my lifetime. We have bought more than 15 cars over the years. No pressure and no slick or underhanded moves. The owner himself was involved and he made things happen. A pleasure to deal with. The facility is spotless.(as is Columbia Ford too) Speaking of which, their car wash next door is worth the trip. No other car wash makes my car look so good as this one. You can eat off the floor in their garage. Not one tool left out at the end of the day. Everything freshly painted. Neat and orderly. Paperwork, files, everything neat and in its proper place. And I notice everything. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't friendly and courteous. It's refreshing to see old fashioned work & business ethics.
