I should have stuck to my guns but I let it go because at $15,700 I think I paid a very fair price for the car - I do think that was a little underhanded. Also, all the fanfare when a customer makes a purchase is a bit much. I could have lived without that. I don't think it is right to make a grown man act like a juvenile (your fine salesman being forced to parade around with a big sign). More

The guys at Ventura Toyota/Scion were all very nice. After my first visit, I did not find anything that really caught my eye, but i left my contact info in case something came in that would fit my needs. A few days later while on my way to a dealership in Thousand Oaks (read high priced, high pressure, highly full of themselves) Deion gave me a follow up call to let me know about a used Scion XB that had just come in. I went to my appointment with the other dealership and after being treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about, because I am a woman, I decided to go back to Ventura Toyota. Deion was right on point, the Scion was the perfect fit and after a little wheeling and dealing I got a great deal. As a matter of fact the deal was so great, I bought not one but two cars! The Xb for me and a toyota for my mom, both certified by Toyota. The Scion for me and a Toyota for my mom. I have alleeady recommended Deion and the guys at Ventura Toyota to all my friends. More
