Landers McLarty Dodge Sales Experience The Salesperson Julie Payne was great; everything she said was honored. However, the Sales Manager Deonte played the typical dealership games. Ev The Salesperson Julie Payne was great; everything she said was honored. However, the Sales Manager Deonte played the typical dealership games. Even though the out-the-door price was agreed upon IN WRITING prior to my visit, he wanted to charge me about $700 more in taxes because they had "miscalculated." I refused, and told him I would leave if the price wasn't honored. He said "We'll see what we can do." After some time, the price magically stayed the same. The Finance Manager Anthony wasn't any better. The sales contract had the price $1,000 more than what was agreed on. Again I refused, and Anthony called over Deonte. He apologized, and said the "paperwork must have gotten mixed up with another customer's deal." After the paperwork was corrected, I asked for a copy of EVERYTHING that I signed; I was told it would happen. When I returned home (a 5-hour trip), I found out he only gave me a few of the papers I signed. It's my fault for not checking before leaving the dealership. He did email the rest of the paperwork, but only after I had asked him to do so. Advice for future customers: get EVERYTHING in writing, double check ALL the paperwork, and make sure everything is correct BEFORE leaving the dealership. More

Went inside the dealership not knowing what I wanted. I was greeted by Ms. Cheyenne Edmiston. This young lady helped me every step of the way with purchasing my new car. Perfection!!! I have never had a better car dealership experience than I had here! When I say they truly care about their customers, they do. I went in because my car got totaled and I needed a new one within my budget. Mr. Deonte Sutton and Mrs. Shannon Rascoe made the process sooooo easy! They got me the car I wanted at the price I needed and even threw in some popcorn and pizza that my dad had joked about the day before!!! Mrs. Shannon even helped me set up the car with all my personal settings and checked up on me later on to make sure I was still liking the car. I am forever grateful for them and would recommend their services a thousand times over!! More
