We were lied to, taken advantage of, and damaged. I went to the service department to see if my car needed an alignment and I left with a $3000 quote (most of which had nothing to do with an alignment I went to the service department to see if my car needed an alignment and I left with a $3000 quote (most of which had nothing to do with an alignment) which my warranty will not cover now because of the way it was handled by the service department. I was also lied to by my service coordinator about needing/not needing an alignment. When we asked for our car back, it was given back to us with parts not replaced completely. I brought these issues up with the service manager 5 hours later, after having to wait 50 minutes for a return phone call, and he told me that I was mistaken and that they didn't do anything wrong. I have had my car serviced with Arrowhead Honda in the past and after today's experience, I will no longer be doing business with them. I felt lied to, taken advantage of, wronged, and disrespected. More

Excellent , Awesome Experience ! Carmela and John On 01/03/2017 we took our 2006 Honda Civic in for service . While we waited I wanted to look at and test drive a 2017 Hond Carmela and John On 01/03/2017 we took our 2006 Honda Civic in for service . While we waited I wanted to look at and test drive a 2017 Honda Fit Ex-L . I was greeted on the lot by Bill Kopta , he took the time to go over all the working features of the car with me and made me feel comfortable while test driving the Honda Fit . WOW! The Honda Fit was a smooth ride with effortless steering capability . Loads of safety features , with plenty of cargo space for a subcompact . Back at the lot I spotted a yellow 2016 Honda Ex , with no window tint and no leather seats . Even though we did not plan on buying a car , I was very interested in the yellow Honda Fit Ex. ( however I would need leather seats) Bill Kopta said I could have it my way and have the seats reupholstered in top grade leather at Arrowhead Honda. Great , Bill was so very friendly and helpful . I must say in the past we have always been wary of car salesman, so very often with good reason. Going to the dentist for a root canal would be less painful than dealing with a car salesman. Bill Kopta redefined the car salesman stereotype, with his professional, positive, down to earth, no sales gimmicks and no pressure sales approach. He proceeded to take us through the most informative , pleasant car buying experience we have ever had ! ! Bill Kopta is a genuinely honest man with exceptional communication skills !! He went the extra mile for us !! I am very happy with the purchase of my 2016 mystic yellow Honda Fit Ex, all due to Bill Kopta ! You can be sure if we have any friends looking to buy a new or any used car we will be sending them to Arrowhead Honda and tell them to ask for Bill Kopta . It was a pleasure to have had you as our salesman , Bill Kopta "YOU ROCK!" More

ARROWHEAD IS THE BEST Dino Krallis is a wonderful person and has helped us tremendously in the "car buying experience". After moving 2500 miles from 'home' meeting Dino was like I was back at my former dealership, Rensselaer Honda, midst great friends. We are treated like the best of family. Dino made us feel honored to be at Arrowhead and he knew exactly what we wanted even before we tried to sort it in our minds! Thank you, Dino my friend, for taking care of us. Thank you, Arrowhead, for filling the void left by leaving NY. It is nice to feel at home at our new dealership. More
