Honda service 6/15/18 It was a pleasure to work with Dereck in Service. I had inadvertently signed up for my brake check at another Honda dealership. Arrowhead Honda was It was a pleasure to work with Dereck in Service. I had inadvertently signed up for my brake check at another Honda dealership. Arrowhead Honda was able to get me in for service even though I did not have and appointment at their dealership. Dereck made me feel welcome. He was honest and fair and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t truly need. I will definitely ask for Dereck in the future for all of my Honda service. Thank you Dereck. More

I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service. I am always treated with respect and they are ALWAYS spot on when addressing an issue with the vehicle. I would also like to point out that Dereck Smith, Service Advisor, goes above and beyond when helping customers.
