Very Positive Experience
I was able to get a competitive estimate on replacing the rack & pinion assembly on our 2009 Honda CR-V during an online chat with a representative.
I was able to get a competitive estimate on replacing the rack & pinion assembly on our 2009 Honda CR-V during an online chat with a representative. The estimate was about $100 less than that from our usual place and theirs did not include wheel alignment while the Arrowhead quote did. They scheduled the work for the following week at our convenience. The work was completed in a few hours with no surprise costs AND they washed the vehicle. I don't think you can ask for much more than that.

Went for oil change only but Arrowhead told warranty co.
That we complained about noise coming from Engine but we didn’t. They charged warranty co. Approx. $1800 for services that they didn’t do. FRAUD.. I

I lost a bit of trust in the independent shop down the street from me, and I actually pass two other Honda dealerships on my way to this one based on experiences I've had from the others. I see no reason to not come here; I hope you'll pardon the negative tone in this paragraph.

A/C NOT WORKING
