The overall experience was fantastic. One of the best car buying experiences i have had. Called dealership and Derek answered the phone. He was fantastic no BS. Gave him a deposit for a car that was coming in at end of May. Kind of spur of moment decision ( did not really need another car) Then did a bit of research over that weekend called him on the Monday telling him i wanted if possible the BRZ Limited version. Got lucky they had only of these one in color I wanted. It was sold however the person did not take it. So told him I want it. Then drove to them took the car for a short test drive. Then signed the paperwork and bought the car. Derek made the process incredibly simple. Thank you. Finance gut I believe was Kenny also great. By the time Derek finished his explanations he sent me to finance and wow all the paperwork was done. signed the necessary docs and drove off. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. Highly recommend 5 Star Subaru to anyone, you will not be disappointed More

Derek was the best. He was a true professional and business man and did not waste my time with any games, which driving up from Austin, helped me trust him and the deal He was a true professional and business man and did not waste my time with any games, which driving up from Austin, helped me trust him and the dealership. Even though Derek knew he had a sale, he gave myself and my wife his full attention the entire visit, he even let the receptionist know who we were and the trip we took from Austin. He explained all the features of the car and my purchase. He had the car fully washed and shined after it rained in Dallas the day before. Derek made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. Finance was also very pleasant, the officer had only one up-sell, which was for an actually reasonably priced extended warranty. Usually dealerships have multiple up-sells, so one was not bad and the officer politely took no for an answer. The parts and accessories department was great too, with a great display and low prices compared to other Subaru dealerships. The ONLY reason I rated this dealership 4 and not 5 is because Austin Subaru has a staffed coffee/espresso bar, which is world class. More

I worked with Derek on buying a Ascent. Being out of town and not being able to look at the vechile before I decided to purchase was difficuilt.
