My wife and I have bought/leased 5 cars from from Autohaus over the last 15 years. I was terribly disappointed in my most recent experience when trying to buy over my car at the end of the lease. As soon as Autohaus became aware that I intended to buy out the car rather than lease a new car they lost all interest in me. Multiple messages were not returned. Even when I spoke to a live person, they would have no idea on the process and would ask if they could call me back. Those call backs never occurred. To me it seemed clear that no one was interested in helping me because there was no commission to gain. So disappointing after all of these years of being a loyal customer. Never mind, there are other dealers and of course there is always BMW and Audi. More
