First Time Buyer I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found one on South Easton Motor Sales website in my price range with low mileage. Went to take a look and I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found one on South Easton Motor Sales website in my price range with low mileage. Went to take a look and car was in excellent condition. Matt was the first person on the lot to help me out and get keys for a test drive. Derek was great to work with. He handled all the paperwork quickly and explained what I needed to do before picking the car up. I needed the car a little sooner than they had planned on having it ready for me because of a vacation and they helped me out by having it ready even sooner than I needed it. I did have an issue with the radio while I was away. I called Derek when I got back. He ordered a new radio and set up an appointment to install it. I was going to drop the car off the night before because I had to work the next morning but when I got there Derek said they had time to do it right then while I waited which they did. Derek assured me that if any other problems come up , just let him know and they would take care of them. Couldn't have been an easier process or better experience and loving the car! More
