We have owned 5 Toyotas, all bought from Toyota of Des Moines, since 1991. They used to be known as Friedman's Toyota back then. A few months ago we stopped by at Toyota just to see what was out there and we got interested in the RAV4 plug-in. There was a huge back log on this model and Derek guided us through the pros and cons of the plug-in hybrid vs the regular hybrid. Thanks to his insights, we ended up with the regular hybrid. It took a couple of months before we got the car Oct 9 but Derek kept us informed throughout the whole process. It was a real pleasure working with him. Very pleasant and soft spoken. He didn't push us into anything we didn't want and that had a great impact on us. A shout out to Rob Hutt as well. We worked with him in the sales office in 2014-15 when we purchased our Avalon and Prius. It was a pleasure to reconnect with him in closing the deal. More
