Service staff was great. My car was finished on time. Service included an oil change and tire rotation. Another negative was the customer waiting area. The room was smal My car was finished on time. Service included an oil change and tire rotation. Another negative was the customer waiting area. The room was small, with only seating for 5-6. Four of the chairs were in poor condition. The black plastic was torn in several places, exposing large areas foam padding. The room was full and during my wait, at least 3 customers came in and left after seeing no available seating. Compared to other customer waiting areas, this was by far the worst I have ever been too. It's a bad first impression for a new customer. I will probably come back for my next service, but I won't wait at the dealership. More
