I went in just to look at two different size vehicles but Michael was so knowledgeable and real he helped me decide that a brand new Telluride was definitely going to be my new car! He and Derek actually listened to what I was saying I could afford and did such an amazing job I ended up getting an incredible car with an even better payment! Even the finance portion of the experience was great with Josh, he explained everything thoroughly and made us feel comfortable with finalizing a deal that seemed to good to be true. Every time we have reached out to the team here they have made us feel acknowledged and appreciated. From start to finish they have been incredible, thanks again guys for the new ride! More

Went in a second time only to be standing around watching clowns try to play golf in their sales offices. Based on my understanding, SouthWest Kia employees are salaried (they do not earn a commission), so it makes sense if they do not care about their customers. TLDR; they do not care about you, your needs or your business, take your money and spend it somewhere else. More

He showed enthusiasm for the brand and excited at the thought of bumping up to the more powerful V6. Ended up talking to Colby and the sales mgr (Derek) and again was never pressured by him. All rebates were shown up front and in about 10 minutes, I had the numbers in front of me. Not your typical back and forth negotiations which is quite frustrating and a waste of time. Great experience with Colby and manager. More
