Nathan Haugh in service is always there to answer any questions I may have about my vehicle and gets me service appointments in a effortless and timely manner. Last but not least my sales specialist, Paige Babcock went above and beyond getting me quickly in a new lease and I have to say it was the best experience I have had so far with Mercedes. Her flawless professionalism combined with her good natured personality was refreshing and it made my experience all the better! Great experience! I had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Phil Saissi, Elder and Ahmad at Flagship Motors when purchasing my CLS400 recently. It was an emo I had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Phil Saissi, Elder and Ahmad at Flagship Motors when purchasing my CLS400 recently. It was an emotional time for me as my dream car (CLS550) had recently been totalled, the insurance process was not easy, and so to find a team as helpful, supportive and empathetic was wonderful. They took care of the return of my Enterprise rental car; Ahmad drove me to my home and they sent John to collect me from my home to drive me back to Lynnfield to collect my new car. Every detail was taken care of. Phil even came in on the Friday he was supposed to be off work. Elder took me through the features of my new car, connected my phone to BlueTooth and patiently pointed out differences between the 400 and 550. Derek was efficient and effective at getting financing paperwork processed. Phil followed up with me a few times after the sale to ensure all was well, and to wish me a happy Thanksgiving. I am very pleased with the service received and recommend this dealership highly. More
