From beginning to en, I really put them thru the ringer I can honestly say I have never had a car experience like I had at Herb Chambers in Lynnfield. From beginning to en, I really put them thru the ringer... I had numerous test drives and was never made to feel like it was too much. When I decided on a vehicle but one thing was missing that I wanted, they had No problem finding another one... which happened 3 times! Everyone was so nice and make you feel comfortable, welcome, & important! The bathrooms were impeccable & the coffee, water, soda, & snacks were never ending! Including ice cream! My experience was amazing, easy, & it was obvious they All wanted me to be happy. Top ALL that off with a dozen gorgeous red roses blinged out with crystals when I took delivery & I'll never buy a car anywhere else! More
