As I understand Derek is a manager and TJ reports to him. TJ gave me a price on phone and suggested to come over to close a deal. However, when i reached at flagship they again started negotiating and increa TJ gave me a price on phone and suggested to come over to close a deal. However, when i reached at flagship they again started negotiating and increase the price by $600. It was such a unprofessional behavour sepcially by Derek. Whole thing was properly staged to play good cop-bad cop negotiation tactic. Derek said whatever TJ has said on phone is wrong as Derek is the boss and it needs his approval and the verbal quote from TJ is not approved. I just wonder if all the price is with manager why they keep sales man in front ? Howcome someone can change his words. They wasted my so much time and I will never go back to them. More

The customer service I received was outstanding-from the entire dealership, but specifically the gentlemen I worked with Derek Munro and Marc Limage. My purchase was a bit time sensitive due to the loss of entire dealership, but specifically the gentlemen I worked with Derek Munro and Marc Limage. My purchase was a bit time sensitive due to the loss of my previous vehicle, and both Derek and Mark were MORE then accommodating to my issue. Derek Munro took the time on his day off to tend to my needs after discovering I was having some problems with regards to my insurance company. This was a major wrench thrown into my purchase and it was handled immediately and with poise. From start to finish Derek and Marc were more then courteous, accommodating and a true joy to work with. These guys, and the entire dealership, were true professionals! I felt I made two new friends, and just happened to get a beautiful new car in the process. By the way I received an amazing deal on my C-Class coupe. I would recommend Flagship Mercedes in Lynnfield to ANYONE who is interested in a Mercedes, in fact I would insist upon it! Entire transaction done over telephone/email. Very professional outfit. I did not even visit the dealership... they brought the papers, swapped out my car all in 48 hours. Like I said if you want a Benz go see these guys and they will take very good care of you and I'm sure you will be pleased with the whole experience. This is a terrific dealership, Flagship Mercedes of Lynnfield, MA. The entire team that I dealt with -- from the business development manager, Mr. Derek Munro, to the sales associate, Ms. JuliaLisa Pa Lynnfield, MA. The entire team that I dealt with -- from the business development manager, Mr. Derek Munro, to the sales associate, Ms. JuliaLisa Papagno, to the young man who assisted with delivering the car, Tai, the experience was outstanding. Even the finance manager was great. He had all the paperwork done in advance and created a total hassle-free experience. They did very well on price and did so without a lot of haggling and made the entire experience pleasant. They lived up to our promise which was to deliver a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience -- which took me by surprise! I would recommend Flagship Motors in a heartbeat. This is the second car I have bought from Flagship, which says a lot for me. A lot has to do with the quality behind the brand, but that's not to take too much away from customer service. As I went through my buying process with several MB dealerships (and Audi dealerships), the communications from all were timely, receptive, collaborative and professional. Flagship was absolutely no exception (Marc was the primary contact). I had a very, very small issue when taking ownership of the car, and immediately received a call from Mr. Munro offering to rectify the problem. The problem was so small it didn't merit any action.
