Derek spend a considerable amount of time with me explaining the features and specs of the 2015 Altima. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient with me as a first time buyer. There was never any pressure to make the purchase and I was amazed at the service I received at Leith Nissan. I don't think it could have been an easier process for me thanks to Derek. I happily purchased my 2015 Nissan Altima a few weeks ago and have been more than happy with my purchase. Thank you to Derek and Leith Nissan for making this first time buyers experience a great one! We weren't really looking for a new car, but after 10 minutes with Derek, we were seriously considering purchasing. We had visited several dealerships before Leith, and were getting very discouraged with the process. With Derek, we were refreshed by a very friendly, totally honest, and professional approach to car salesmanship. Not once did we feel pressured one way or another, and he was very patient with us as we sat in different models and asked questions. He ultimately helped us decide on what vehicle we wanted, and it was completely different than what we had originally thought. Although we did not end up buying a new vehicle from Derek, we would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to look up Derek at Leith Nissan to purchase their next vehicle. I only wish we had been able to find a used vehicle at his dealership in the time-frame we were looking to purchase! More

Patience, Patience We're not your typical vehicle shoppers. My wife has a back problem and vehicle shopping becomes a task in trying out seats in vehicles. This is not an easy process for all parties involved; however, we were very impressed from our first visit to Leith Nissan. Campbell Lovett greeted us and listened to our needs. Campbell then introduced us to Derek Parker from the sales team to assist us further. Derek greeted us and listened to our needs. We noticed a pattern immediately; both Campbell and Derek had listened, heard, and understood our parameters. Derek was the consummate professional and never once pressured us to do anything. It was clear that Derek had one goal: help us find the right vehicle. He didn't even blink once as we asked to look at, sit in, and test drive many (many) vehicles....multiple times...over eight (8) weeks. Derek took a chore and made it palatable. Lastly, when it came time to negotiate pricing, Leith Nissan did not charge us for all the coffee, bottled water, and popcorn consumed by us and our two boys. Well, at least they didn't itemize it. :-) More
