This dealership and the southwest collision are horrible people and made mine and and my wife's experience as painful as possible. We called corporate and they where just as useless. After everything they people and made mine and and my wife's experience as painful as possible. We called corporate and they where just as useless. After everything they put us through our car was in worse condition than when we originally brought it in. I do not recommend you buy a vehicle from them and definitely don't have them fix anything. Bought a car from Southwest Volkswagen and have always had issues with their service department. Southwest Ford found the issue the first day and had the part and issue repaired by 8 am the next day. Will had issues with their service department. Southwest Ford found the issue the first day and had the part and issue repaired by 8 am the next day. Will definitely only use Ford from now on.
