Second vehicle we've purchased from this dealership and both experiences have been top notch! This time we worked with Sam Santiago and although there were several delays in receiving the vehicle (all due to part shortages and transportation issues), Sam kept me informed every step of the way. When the vehicle did arrive, he thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles - first new vehicle for us in 7 years and first ever hybrid - and explained how everything worked. After that it was back to the finance room where we met with Derek Purcell to make the deal official. That process couldn't have been anymore seamless or expedient. Derek had all our paperwork prepped and ready to be signed - something we were very grateful for as my wife had hard out to pick up kids from school. Derek efficiently explained all the legal mumbo jumbo in terms we could easily understand and we made it through all the signatures in time for my wife to pick up the kiddos.
