Making the appointment was easy. I loved having the technician do a video and send it so we understood the scope of what would need to be corrected. My only complaint is it was very difficult to get communication from anyone. We waited an hour for our appointment, we called and left messages and no one returned our calls. We were told they were smashed and very busy, I get it, but it was frustrating. And I think we lost an entire day just waiting for a callback. More
