My husband asked why I was going back there for a recall when I had such a bad experience with a simple oil change. The oil change took over 3 hours, 1 hour of which was spent just washing the car; and afte when I had such a bad experience with a simple oil change. The oil change took over 3 hours, 1 hour of which was spent just washing the car; and after the hour that I waited, the car wasn't even washed. For the brake recall, the service portion of the experience was good, but from the start it did not go smoothly. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, the person who scheduled my recall didn't indicate that as the reason for my visit. All I really needed to do was get a loner, since they did not have the parts for the recall and it's something that would require more that one day to complete. That was frustrating. My expectation was that my car would get serviced. After meeting with the advisor, I waited in the lobby area as instructed (waiting to get the loaner) for over 20 minutes with no response from the Hertz team, so I inquired again as to whether or not I was in the correct area. Finally someone came. They of course do not provide BMW vehicles, and I was offered a Kia, a Chevrolet, or a Nissan, so I took the Nissan. After the paperwork was completed, the Hertz team member instructed me to wait at the end of the driveway, and he would bring the car right out. This is a hot day in Florida, and I stood out there for over 20 minutes. As I was waiting, I could see the Hertz team member over at the car wash washing the car. When he did arrive with the rental, I asked him why he didn't let me know that he needed to wash the car and his response was "well I didn't want to give you a dirty car". I indicated that perhaps he could have just let me know that he needed to wash the vehicle, and for me to wait in the indoor lobby waiting area; his response to this was, emphatically, "well, you didn't have to wait in the sun". When I got into the car it wreaked of pot, and for the 4 days that I drove it, both my husband and I had a headache. When they called to tell me that the vehicle was ready there was no explanation as to what work was completed on my car. Will not go back to this dealership, 2 bad experiences is enough. This is not the level of service that I expect at a BMW dealership. More

Pleasant experience with getting two tires replaced from picking up a screw in one tire and sharp object in another, changed the oil while there. Derek took care of my services and others were all professi picking up a screw in one tire and sharp object in another, changed the oil while there. Derek took care of my services and others were all professional from the greater to the cashier and lot man bringing my car to me upon completion. $1,200 for two tires but BMW's price was only $30 more per tire, and I would rather have their techs do the install than some tire shop with the wrong equipment. Got a written quote for rear brakes. When I came in the following week to have the work done, I was told that the quote was wrong and that the job would cost twice as much.
