My experience started when i waited in line to check in and was directed to another line to sign in on a kiosk where all my information about why i was there was wrong. I was told it didnt matter and to si and was directed to another line to sign in on a kiosk where all my information about why i was there was wrong. I was told it didnt matter and to sign the document and to go and wait and someone will come to me. I then waited again and when i was finally helped I had to repeat for a third time what was wrong with my car. When I got a call to pick it up, I was told my $55,000 car that made brake noises was a characteristic of the car. I was told that my cross traffic alert just wasn't turned on. But I have turned it on before and even after they said they turned it on it is still not working. When I got to the dealership Derek did not speak to me to discuss my car nor did I ever receive a video of my car being reviewed. My brand new car was not fixed and the service I received was dismissive. I had heard this dealership was not good and to go to the tampa dealership and now I know why. More
