I drove into the dealership without an appointment. I told them the problem I was having and they took care of me immediately. They needed to keep my car overnight so they gave me a loaner. I had a flat tire. Derrick told me I had to buy 2 new tires. My tires were brand new so that didn’t make sense. He said there were no tires in the area to be found. I made one call and found a tire. Then, I let him know the roller was off the track on the covering of the back sunroof. I have an extended warranty and he said there’s nothing that could be done about it. When I’d ask him for solutions he’d shrug his shoulders and smile. Not the type of communication I get at my dealership. I cannot say that I’d recommend you guys. My consultant acted like he could care less. More
