bmw recall Took my bmw in for a recall....had an appointment and also was promised a loaner car from bmw as this was a recall. Verified the availability of a loaner car when I made the appointment. After waiting 2 hours the loaner car finally became available...however my vehicle was almost finished with the repair. I consider a 2 hour wait for a loaner unacceptable. Bmw should not make promises it has not intention of keeping. More

Initial contact with BMW was frustrating.Service was great. The reception desk either did not answer after a few calls I was put thru to service. Call was dropped.
