Great Experience! Went in for a service and left with a new BMW 530 I. Chris Siriphokha was the best. Knowledgeable, no nonsense and came in with a fair deal! Everything was handled very well and as promised. The fellow who met me was very personable until my service rep arrived. Out of Towner needing service With the year end being as hectic as ever I could not find time to have my oil changed on my 2016 5 series. After putting another 500+ miles to drive With the year end being as hectic as ever I could not find time to have my oil changed on my 2016 5 series. After putting another 500+ miles to drive to Siesta Key (ouch) it dawned on me while on 75 South to call BMW of Sarasota and see if they could get me in. The rep couldn't have been easier to deal with and once there, Derek Thomas, Asst. Service Mgr had my entire BMW profile in his hands reviewing the work that had been done as well as acknowledging my extended service warranty in the BMW system. Because of Derek's professional approach I felt comfortable enough to ask if I could squeeze in a tire rotation and alignment which I knew was not covered under my plan. No problem he said. He told me then and there the cost and even offered a shuttle service at no cost to and from my beach condo. Wow! If there was a 6th star I would give it to you guys. Thanks again for taking such good care of me and making me feel like part of the family. More

Slow check in process Took my 328i for recall work and brake fluid change. It took an hour to drop off the car, thirty minutes to be seen, ten minutes consult with service Took my 328i for recall work and brake fluid change. It took an hour to drop off the car, thirty minutes to be seen, ten minutes consult with service manager, twenty minutes to get loaner car with the onsite Hertz agent which was a joke. The Hertz agent took enough pictures of the crappy Kia they gave me to post on a web site to sell the car. Also gave me a car short on gas. My beef is not with the asst. service manager, it is with the customer experience of the dealership, it just simply sucks. I can take our Lexus to Wilde Lexus next door and do the same service visit in about 15 minutes. Oh forgot to mention the pick up of my car was also interesting to watch the sales manager wonder around the parking area on the street looking for my car to drive it up to where I was standing. (didn't help my key fob battery was dead so he couldn't get the lights to flash) but come on at least don't let the customer see your flawed process. For a premium car dealership it makes you wonder when they will get it. This was not my first visit to this dealership and have had similar experience in the past. Ugh More

Efficiency Service Advisor Derek Thomas was very professional and courteous. Arrived 15 minutes early for a 10:00 am appointment. I was told it was ready at 11:30. It takes an hour to remove, install and balnce new tire ? It would have been only an hour, if they had started at 10:00 am. An hour is a reasonable time to wait for a tire change ! More
