Thorough, friendly, professional experience! Derek and the entire staff at BMW Sarasota are always terrific. The work gets done in a timely manner, everything is explained ( no surprises) and th Derek and the entire staff at BMW Sarasota are always terrific. What was expected Car was supposed to be washed and was returned dirtier than when I brought it in. Navagation and stations we're all deleted. Didn't meet with the service representative after the service. Was supposed to have some questions answered that were never answered. Had the car for service and rim repair for 3 days. More

Great service Derek has been taking care of my 325i for many years. He always does an excellent job. We have had a range of issues since it is now an older car. Unhappy After driving the car for 3000 miles, we brought the car in for a handling problem that we explained had been there since owning the car. They realigned the car which was pretty badly out of alignment. We were charged $167 . We think this dealer should have fixed the car at their expense. More
