We need to go see Derek at James Wood! One phone call and he had the perfect car sitting out waiting for us and it was the one! Derek Ward provides OUTSTANDING customer service, there’s no pressure, he knows anything and everything about the vehicle and will find the answer if he doesn’t, he truly makes car shopping enjoyable again! We both agreed every vehicle we buy we will make sure to call Derek. What is even funnier and a small world is our neighbor was telling us about what an awesome experience they had with a salesman at James Wood. Turns out it was the same guy- Derek! Everyone at James Wood is friendly, helpful, and provides the best experience. It’s honestly a breath of fresh air. The finance guy was also amazing to work with. I unfortunately forgot his name but he was super knowledgeable and helped us out a ton! So thankful for James Wood!!

Mr. Ward didn't try to push us in any certain direction he listened to our questions and answered with full confidence. He mentioned he was off already the day we showed up,he was already supposed to leave two hours before we got there, and we got there an hour before the dealership closed, and he stayed to help us. We were thankful for him that evening, being a family without much free time. We went to two more dealerships the following day and not one person came to talk to us or open vehicles until we went to ask, I felt that spoke volumes on James Wood. The entire process was easy from start to end. We called to tell him we were ready and what we wanted to add. Mr. Ward took care of everything and made it where we showed up and walked out quickly with a new vehicle along with all the things we added to the Yukon XL such as, tinted windows, black emblems and wheels, along with floor liners. I have bragged about our process since we left that day, and how Mr. Ward has gained our business with James Wood for a lifetime.
