Prior to my visit to Ryan Auto Mall, I had only previously spoke with Dermott over the phone...I had expressed my interest in purchasing a used Chevy Malibu. I haven't purchased a vehicle with low previously spoke with Dermott over the phone...I had expressed my interest in purchasing a used Chevy Malibu. I haven't purchased a vehicle with low mileage for a good number of years, and wanted to discuss a vehicle displayed on the dealer web page...Our introductions were simple and professional. I obtained valuable information to use, in my search to replace an older car. After speaking with Dermott, I continued to use the web and obtain information on new vs used. On a Friday morning that I had free, I stopped in to Ryan Auto Mall just to introduce myself, and discuss further the time frame that I had in mind for replacing my vehicle. It was early. I believe they had just opened. I was immeadiatly asked if I could be helped. I asked if Dermott was in and possibly had a few minutes for an unannounced visit. It was pleasant to arrive early, and not feel pressure like I would be the 'first customer of the day'. Dermott was in, and we were able to discuss further my interest in the Malibu. After taking a test drive...this was the one. Dermott then helped step me thru the process...and a new 2011 vehicle was purchased. I've been to auto dealerships in the past, where I've felt pressured and even felt that I wasn't an important part of that sales persons day. This was not the case with Ryan Auto Mall working with Dermott and staff. I'm pleased to say at this point...I'm glad I had decided to visit Ryan Auto mall that Friday morning. More

I have bought cars from Dermott Norman since 1994, and this is the 6th one. I trust and like him, and that's why I keep going back. He's now nearly 2-1/2 hours away, but I'd go back up to see him and th this is the 6th one. I trust and like him, and that's why I keep going back. He's now nearly 2-1/2 hours away, but I'd go back up to see him and the rest of the crew at Ryan's in a heartbeat. My new 2011 Chevy Equinox is absolutely awesome! Everyone there was very friendly, and I felt welcomed and "at home". More

We needed to find a late model, lower mileage vehicle after an encounter that my Grand Prix had with a very unlucky deer. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, I just knew that the car HAD to be a 6 cylind after an encounter that my Grand Prix had with a very unlucky deer. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, I just knew that the car HAD to be a 6 cylinder, nicely equipped, with leather and a sunroof. I found a car at our local dealer that I really liked, but just could not come to terms as far as the price was concerned. I didn't feel I was being stubborn, just realistic. I found a car on the internet at Ryan that I thought might fit my needs. I had talked to Dermott beforehand, so he knew that my husband and I were coming over to take a look at the car, an Impala LT. I drove the car and even though it was a 6cyl 3.5, it did not seem zippy enough. He looked through the inventory on the computer looking for another Impala LT with the bells and whistles I wanted with the 3.9 that was in my price range without much luck. He then thought of a car that one of his co-workers had been driving as a perk. I drove the car, a red 3.9 that had everything I wanted. I thought it was a very fair price. He printed a car fax on it, and I ended up buying the car. Everyone at Ryan that we encountered was friendly and professional, and I give them 2 thumbs up. It was well worth the drive to Buffalo! More

Dermontt and his team were very good to work with, the car was just like advertised no surprises) the pricing was fair. I was treated very well by everyone at the dealership.
