Loved the service we received and the deal on the Escape we purchased at Ryan. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I ever made. I always do ample market research before I buy a car, that way I know if what I'm being offered is comparable to what's being offered in the g made. Initially I was disappointed with the trade-in offer on my truck, but if I were a dealer I probably wouldn't bear the risk of offering market trade value on my truck either. It's got a questionable 6.0 L International diesel engine that is known to have problems. I know that dealers across the country are gun shy about trucks like mine, so I wasn't altogether surprised at the trade value that was offered; however, when we took my wife's car in to trade instead, I felt the offer was quite reasonable - especially considering the condition of her car. I knew that the price of the vehicle we were looking at was good as soon as we saw it online. Dermott was great to work with from start to finish, and seemed very genuine. I was happy to see that there were no over the top fees at the end of the paperwork. I believe I was charged a $75 dealer fee. Aside from that, everything else was state required (tax, title, license). I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone in and around the area. More

I can't say enough about my experience with Dermott and the dealership. I was treated very fairly right from the beginning. Dermott was extremely helpful and accommodating at every turn. When I called and left messages, they were returned very promptly. Being I was such a long distance away from them, he took the time to vidio the car, and send to us to get a better idea of the overall condition of the vehicle. He also offered, and made arrangements to have us picked up at the train station 45 miles away, and brought to the dealership. When we were dealing on the car, we had a few conditions that we felt had to be part of the deal, and again, Dermott was very fair. I certainly will be recommending Ryan Auto Mall to my family and friends. I also would not hesitate to call Dermott and Ryan Chevrolet first, when looking for another vehicle. I can't remember the name of the Ryan team member who did up the paper work and warentee for us, but she was also very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I would rate the overall experience as very positive. The only negative to the purchase is the red tape we have to deal with from Customs, and the Government with importing a vehicle to Canada, and then trying to get it registered with our Government auto insurer. More hassle than needs to be for sure, but that certainly has nothing to do with the dealership or its staff. More

For my purchase of a 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ I worked with Dermott Norman of Ryan Auto Mall in Bufflo MN. He did a great job of explaining all of my questions, and locating the exact car I wanted. I was determined to get a crystal red with black interior LTZ with a few other options. I placed an order with Dermott knowing that I would have to wait up to six weeks. I was currently borrowing a car to get to work while my car was on order. Dermott was persistent and located a car with only 3-5 miles on it and got it to me in three weeks, half the time!!! The fit and finish on my new car is far cry from my old Geo Prizm and Ponitac Firebird. I inspected the cars paint and all it's features and so far everything is flawless and easy to use. Ryan Auto Mall did a great job of detailing the vehicle and they even topped off the tank so I could drive it home. I'd love to by my next car from Dermott and Ryan Auto Mall in the future. I'd also like to add that even though the Cruze isn't a muscle car and competes with cars like the Toyota Corolla (which is what I was borrowing for those three weeks), the car turns a lot of heads. I had three people staring at me on my way home. It's a nice looking car with that RS package. Great job GM!! More

Purchased several vehicles from Dermott when he was with Saturn and when the time came for our Aura lease to expire,I found that Dermott was working for Ryan Chevy/Cadillac. We were in the market for a new Saturn and when the time came for our Aura lease to expire,I found that Dermott was working for Ryan Chevy/Cadillac. We were in the market for a new 2011 Cruze LTZ RS and we worked with Dermott to order the vehicle sight unseen or test driven as they were hard to even come by. The order took allot longer than we or even Dermott expected due to some technical issues from the factory/vendor that effected our LTZ RS package. But Dermott and Rob Ryan made the whole waiting period right in the end. The car was as we expected in every way,from the tint/3M clearbra to the whole RS package combination. The delivery/finance went perfect. It was worth the 50 mile drive to see Dermott and work with the Ryan family owned dealership as most chains are all about the money factor and not the customer relations aspect of the car buying experience. When our lease is up, I'll be seeing Dermott at Ryan Chevy/Cadillac once again.. More
