We had our three little ones in tow so you would think buying a new car would be challenging but the staff at Roswell made it a breeze. Elizabeth and Derrick helped us find an Amazing new QX80 as well as entertained our kids and showed them patience, love and kindness. Elizabeth and Derrick made the entire process enjoyable and were quick to help with any questions we had as well as offer insightful advice when needed. Elizabeth went the extra mile in providing different vehicles to test drive and was never pushy on trying to sell me a vehicle which is very important to me. Quality vehicles such as Infiniti sell themselves on what they have to offer. I find it annoying when a car salesperson does a hard sell as soon as you walk in the door. I had an experience at a Ford dealer several years ago when a salesman didn't even want to show me a truck or want to allow me to test drive one unless he was certain I was going to buy a truck from him that day. Needless to say, I will never stop at that dealership in the future. More

I had purchased a G37S Certified Pre-Owned from them 3 years ago and have serviced it with them since so I have first hand experience with the sales staff and the service team. This is what brought me back here when my wife was looking for a new vehicle. We just traded in our MDX and purchased a brand new 2017 QX60 from Roswell Infiniti. Our first contact for this vehicle search was with Dominic La Barrie through Roswell's online sales... And then Rick O'Leary was our sales man. These guys were great to work with.... No pressure , straight shooters, provide me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. And believe me I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best pricing. No other dealership could match there pricing and no other dealer even came close to customer service I received here at Roswell Infiniti. The customer service was the main reason I felt comfortable with my decision. They were also very fair with my trade in so that was just icing on the cake... It was a pleasure working with Derick Baker when it was time to look over my trade value. Last but not least.... You always worry about heading into the finance office when its time to finalize the paperwork. Not a problem here at Roswell Infiniti. Adrienne Briant was such a pleasure to deal with in the finance office, No Surprises, No high pressure add on sales tactics, No bait and switch with the rates we discussed prior to heading into the office....
