Excellent and professional services through Derrick Higa Derrick Higa was thorough in servicing and checking my vehicle. He found my back lights were disconnected. Car was vacuumed and washed nicely. Saved me lots of stress My 2011 Fit wouldn’t start so I had to get service from AAA. I needed a new battery but didn’t realize that the info that was programmed in all goes a My 2011 Fit wouldn’t start so I had to get service from AAA. I needed a new battery but didn’t realize that the info that was programmed in all goes away when the battery gets replaced....ugh. Not good for me since I’m not tech savvy. I tried to reprogram but got frustrated. Then I called Windward, took the car in. They reprogrammed and did my safety check. Hooray. All under 20 minutes. I’m so thankful. More
