I took my car in. Diagnosed. Most conversation was text. I had to pay a part in advance. I was on hold for 20 minutes 3x. Called on Saturday I couldn't pay because the Diagnosed. Most conversation was text. I had to pay a part in advance. I was on hold for 20 minutes 3x. Called on Saturday I couldn't pay because the secretary wasn't working Monday got the service dept. Sent to parts dept. Left 2 messages 4hr apart. No return call. Parts dept never received my messages. When I went in person, I reamed out the service men. Learned from the parts dept that I couldn't pay for the part. It had to paid in service. I went to see the service manager, he said he would take care of his men and he was working on the phone system He didn't want to waste time hearing about what I said to the his men. I left with my car unfixed. More

Dropped car off the night before. At 5pm the oil change and state inspection was not started. At 6pm got call saying vehicle was ready. Went back only to be told that vehicle did not At 5pm the oil change and state inspection was not started. At 6pm got call saying vehicle was ready. Went back only to be told that vehicle did not pass inspection. Was give a $3000 dollar estimate. On of the items was the same repair that was done 2 months ago engine gaskets More

Joel was patient and very knowledgeable. Justin Potter was also quite awesome and easy to work with. Anton Smith was also very pleasant and helpful.
