Our sales person Derry took over for another sales person In the middle of our transaction. My husband and I were very stressed out because someone had recently hit my husband the day after he registered his In the middle of our transaction. My husband and I were very stressed out because someone had recently hit my husband the day after he registered his brand new Jeep Grand Wagoneer and I was trying to find a replacement vehicle that was similar to the one that we had just had totaled. Glenbrook had one of the only similar vehicles in the country that was reasonably priced, and they worked with us to complete the deal remotely and have the vehicle transported across the country to us. The dealership and staff went above and beyond what was required and they were so pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I wish they were closer to us so that we could thank them in person, and I would not hesitate to use them again, even if it means transporting another vehicle across the country in the future. More
