At no time did we ever feel pressured, which was a major reason for our returning when we were ready to make a purchase. Other dealers resorted to stereotypical high-pressure tactics that I've seen dozens of times over the years, in stark contrast with our experience at Glenbrook Dodge. Nick, the Finance Manager was also helpful, and didn't pressure my son at all. I'd recommend working with these gentlemen without reservation. More
