I ordered rims from the part dept. I waited for 2 hrs to find out Steve ordered a size 17 rim for my car. I was disappointed because I called the part dept and talk to Steve and Matt. U would think they wha find out Steve ordered a size 17 rim for my car. I was disappointed because I called the part dept and talk to Steve and Matt. U would think they what size rims goes on Nissan altima. Then I told the Darryl my light comes on in the car service oil. He told me the do not need to be service until 10 000 miles. I'm back at Nissan I south Holland now. Because it read oil service due now I called to speak to general manager Tina and left a message. She has not return my call. More

My family has bought 8 or 9 cars from 94 Nissan of South Holland. I have personally purchased 5, starting in 2004. This dealership makes me feel very comfortable doing business with them. The sales staff Holland. I have personally purchased 5, starting in 2004. This dealership makes me feel very comfortable doing business with them. The sales staff is very friendly. The service staff is great. Derryl, Steve are really good at taking care of me and my cars when we come in. The couple issues I have had, between the owner and managers, everything has been taken care of. I have even encountered former staff members who recognize me by my license plate. So, therefore, I give them the highest mark I can give them. More

Service is always great and on point! Only reason for not giving 5stars is that I waited an hour and a half to get a flat tire fixed and put back on and no one said my car was finished until I went back not giving 5stars is that I waited an hour and a half to get a flat tire fixed and put back on and no one said my car was finished until I went back to service and saw that it was ready. I have no idea how long it had been ready. I am very pleased with the work. More
