I have been there twice for oil changes, the first time I had a coupon which said the specified oil for my car which is synthetic oil, but they put regular oil in and I complained and they put the right oil had a coupon which said the specified oil for my car which is synthetic oil, but they put regular oil in and I complained and they put the right oil in, and the second time I went back they did the same thing so I'm might be finish with your dealership they can't seem to put the right oil in my car, after I told them about it More

I was there for an oil change and took over 2 hours. I wasn't too pleased about that. Also, every time I come to this place, it's always something extra and they never have coupons available. wasn't too pleased about that. The service center (Daryl) was great. He was friendly and displayed great customer service. I bought my car from Otis in August 2020. I have been trying to reach in for a while. I purchased my car from Nissan in Oaklawn. Lots of Bad Business. No communication, alternator failed after one year of purchasing new car. The Dealership on 95th manager and agents were awful.
