Beginning to wonder if I can trust service dept , brought my vehicle in for steering problem , was advised tires were cupped and needed to be replaced and system alignment. At a cost of 1250.00.. gave ok and my vehicle in for steering problem , was advised tires were cupped and needed to be replaced and system alignment. At a cost of 1250.00.. gave ok and upon arrival arrival to pickup vehicle at promised time was then advised also had a control arm issue which caused or contributed to problem with steering, but was covered by warranty.. my question is damaged caused by control arm issue caused problem with tires why wasn’t tires covered. Mr Reese said he would call on 11/15 in the morning to pickup vehicle.. I called after not hearing from him only to find out he was off that day. Poor customer service More
