Over the years I’ve come rely on her advice and judgment. I must also mention a similar experience in working with business manager, Gen Awanohara in finalizing my most recent lease buyout. Both Desirea and Gen were reassuring and made the overall experience a most comfortable experience for me. Not to forget, service advisor Grant King who handled my most recent service a quickly and attentively. My experience has been such a comfortable one, I’ve recommended a few friends to consider BMW Silver Spring when purchasing a new BMW….one will finalize her purchase upon delivery of her new vehicle in a few months….
