We purchased a 2021 X3 xDrive30i with the Costco Auto Program. I have purchased over 20 vehicles since 1968. Five through the Costco program. The experience with BMW Silver Spring was the easiest and most honest purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. We planned a factory order and the final offer was updated as we added an options. Our sales Person, Ms. Jackson treated us with respect that we had not previously experienced. She kept us updated on our factory order. The Finance Manager clearly explained our options. He was not offended by our reluctance to make a decision at time of purchase, He understood our desire to read and study the documents. The service manager was responsive to our request to find the new car videos that were locked out with the world wide software update that was installed soon after our purchased. One our physicians had a conversation with my wife about a vehicle for her son who was turning sixteen. My daughter had leased cars for her two sons. She found this successful since they learned how to drive before going to college without a car for there Freshman year. We will recommend BMW Silver Spring to our friends and acquaintances. I didn't expect to see additional 50 miles of mileage, while my car has been waiting in the service department for part delivery. I was told nobody will drive it without reason.
