Fantastic Dealership I just completed leasing both a new 5 series and my wife's new 3 series at BMW of Silver Spring. This is my ninth BMW and third lease at BMW of Silver I just completed leasing both a new 5 series and my wife's new 3 series at BMW of Silver Spring. This is my ninth BMW and third lease at BMW of Silver Spring. I had dealt with other dealerships in the past, but found this one to be by far the best the first time I leased, so I keep coming back and will continue to do so. Over the years, the consultants have been easy to work with, strike the perfect balance between personal and professional, and do not pressure in any way. This time, I worked with Desirea who was a pleasure to work with. Aside from the qualities mentioned above, she is delightful in her enthusiasm for beamers, is relaxed and knows the product, and is very responsive to communications. I negotiated much of this last deal over the phone as I was away on vacation, so there were many back and forths!! She found the exact vehicle I was looking for (540i x-drive, Carbon Black, Night Blue interior, and fineline cove matte wood trim.] She easily got into my rhythm and the entire transaction seemed effortless. In fact, the experience was so positive, that we worked with Silver Spring and Desirea again on my wife's lease which we also just completed. We built this one and Desirea easily guided the build process through the maze of options, packages, etc. We are totally satisfied with both deals. Silver Spring BMW and Desirea are both fantastic.
