THANK YOU HALL MAZDA! My son needed two tires for his Mazdaspeed Miata. They were to arrive on Monday but he was uncomfortable driving on the donut so I asked him to call R My son needed two tires for his Mazdaspeed Miata. They were to arrive on Monday but he was uncomfortable driving on the donut so I asked him to call Robert Peña. Robert was able to have the tire delivered on Saturday and set up a 2pm appointment. Nicholas said that even though it was a busy Saturday and Robert was busy with customers, he took the time to visit him in the service department and introduce him to Hayley Archibald. They provided rock star treatment. After tire and headlight replacement, state inspection and an oil change during a pleasant visit Nicholas left feeling like a VIP. Please know that when treat someone well it is appreciated but when you take care of their parents, siblings and children as Robert always has well... that’s why he is our family’s salesperson! Knowing that the dealership is a direct reflection of its General Manager, I called Desiree Decker to commend her, Robert and Hayley and asked that she relay Nicholas’ satisfaction and my appreciation. Thanks again to Robert and Hayley. I’m sure you make Ms. Decker proud. Bottom line: if you need service and want rock star treatment go with the best. Hall Mazda looks out for you! More

Friendly, but disorganized Everyone we talked to was friendly and made promises that sounded good. When it came time to deliver, they kept the big one (price/vehicle). Everything else was disorganized and took longer than promised and they forgot things like the cargo mat (purchased) and filling up the tank (promised). It took an extra day and a half than promised to install the rear bumper guard and clean the car (which wasn’t great in the end) because they didn’t realize that they still had the car, then couldn’t find the keys - they even called us to make an appointment not realizing they had the car. The delay caused us to have to delay travel plans. In the end, we got the car, but the service at Cavalier was superior when we bought there 4 yrs ago (and they include a year of maintenance). More

I test drove two CX-9's that day (different trims). The test drive was through and all of the gadgets explained. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse and I ended up being a happy owner of this vehicle. The entire dealership so far has made me feel welcome and I have had a great experience. He did a good job working the numbers and the deal. Overall, I definitely recommend his services. More

Great value car with great service Leslie was very pleasurable to work with and went out of his way to help my wife and I find the car we wanted.
