Super nice to you while you’re shopping for a car, but the second the paperwork is signed they will give you the run-around for as long as possible so any issues fall outside of the 3 month warranty and y the second the paperwork is signed they will give you the run-around for as long as possible so any issues fall outside of the 3 month warranty and you pay out of pocket. A $350 was broken when i bought the car and it has taken over a month of phone calls, requesting service appointments, and finally showing up in person to be told the part has even been ordered when i made the dealer (salesman Deven and manager Juan) aware the day after purchasing the car what i had found to be broken upon driving it home. Juan tried to be helpful and fix it himself but he clearly did not know what he was doing and the problem has only gotten worse. More

I gladly traveled 700 miles to buy car from this dealer. Not only was their pricing better than the other dealers where we found our car, but the initial phone conversations were very low pressure and No No Not only was their pricing better than the other dealers where we found our car, but the initial phone conversations were very low pressure and No Nonsense. When we indicated that there would be no financing involved and that all we were interested in was an out the door price they immediately switched gears and gave us exactly that. This was a remote purchase and Devin worked with us on the phone several times throughout the process and made it very smooth and easy. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase all the paperwork was filled out and ready for my signature. The out the door price didn't change and no games were played once I arrived in person. The car was exactly as described other than a couple of small paint chips that probably happened in the showroom. Once I pointed them out the dealership instantly put their body guy on it and repaired them on the spot. Devin waited long enough for me to complete the trip back home and then called to check on the car and post purchase satisfaction. I am an infinity guy for life and I can promise you that my next one will come from Fette Infinity. I highly recommend that you follow suit and by yours here as well! More
