He sent us a video of the car ahead of time so that we could inspect it before we drove over, and he was patient with us when we asked our 1000 questions about the vehicle. Very Dissatisfied Customer I purchased a used Kia vehicle from the Volvo Used Car Center September 2019. This dealership just wants your signature/money. I had several issues I purchased a used Kia vehicle from the Volvo Used Car Center September 2019. This dealership just wants your signature/money. I had several issues with the car and was told I have a 90-warranty. I brought the car back twice for service while under warranty for the issues, only to be told they couldn't find the major issue. The minor issues were repaired. I took my vehicle to Kia and the found and resolve the issue. When asked to be reimbursed, I receive the run-around for a week from the Used Car Manager Steve Currie only to be told I had put too many miles on the vehicle, the warranty only covered the power train and what took me so long to go to Kia for repairs. I would never purchase or recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Used Car Purchase We had a great experience working with Devin at Volvo Cars of Annapolis. He worked with us and got us into the truck we wanted with few issues. The We had a great experience working with Devin at Volvo Cars of Annapolis. He worked with us and got us into the truck we wanted with few issues. The only issue we had (and it's not related to the truck itself). We left there on a Friday evening, and there was absolutely no gas in the tank. We were told the tank would be filled up and washed. My husband had to stop and put gas in the truck on the way home and we live no more than 3 miles away from the dealership. Just something to pay attention to the next time. Thanks Again, we love this truck. More

Every dealership should learn from here Devin, Devin and again Devin.. This man made my car shopping experience seamless. First off i scheduled a test drive and while that was in progress he Devin, Devin and again Devin.. This man made my car shopping experience seamless. First off i scheduled a test drive and while that was in progress he gave detailed explanations on the car and the process in general, not for one minute did this man make me feel like my 1 million questions were stupid, he made me feel at ease and rather than focus on the transaction he paid attention to my needs and my questions. I later went back home to make a decision and as the days went by i had different questions to ask, i called and he was always there to respond and give me his honest opinion. I eventually came back to finalize the deal even after looking elsewhere for the same vehicle which was a Honda cross-tour.. Keep in mind, this dealership is about mins from my home and i saw a couple of dealerships that were about 15-mins away from me but because of the level of professionalism and honest i received from the on set and how i wasn't feeling like i was being milked for my money i decided to embark on that journey and sit myself in traffic to make it down to this dealership all because of Devin..Even after the purchase of the vehicle he still keeps in touch and responds effectively to me regarding whatever concerns i have. words honestly cant quantify how i feel typing this review for Devin, i hope Devin should be put in a position of facilitating a training on any new hire's at any dealership nation wide because he's thought process and honesty is mind blowing, unlike others who are just looking to get their commission and kick you out the door. He made sure I had everything I needed throughout the process and was even kind enough to meet me away from the dealership to deliver my temporary registration that I forgot on his desk after purchasing the car. As for this dealership in general -- they had the best price by far for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I had been looking for a car that checked all my boxes for months and their prices beat everyone else's in the DMV by thousands of dollars. There wasn't a push for any unnecessary upgrades or insurance packages either. Great experience! More
